- Replacement for Faulty or Defective Product Keys:
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or defective product key, a replacement may be provided. To initiate a replacement, you must submit all relevant evidence to support your claim, such as screenshots or error messages indicating the issue. CDKEYLABS reserves the right to assess the validity of the claim based on the evidence provided.
- No Refunds After Purchase:
All purchase at CDKEYLABS are final. Once a purchase has been made and the product key has been delivered, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances due the nature of digital products. This includes cases where the product does not meet your expectations or if your system does not meet the required specifications.
- Reporting Defective Keys:
If you encounter an issue with a faulty or defective key, it is essential to report it within 12 hours of delivery. Please send an email to support@cdkeylabs.com with a detailed description of the problem, along with any supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this 12-hour window will not be considered valid, and no replacement will be issued.
- Accidental Purchases:
We urge our customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase. Accidental purchases, such as selecting the wrong product, are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please double-check your order details to avoid such situations.
- No Returns for Dissatisfaction:
Dissatisfaction with the product after purchase does not qualify for a return or replacement. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, system requirements, and any other relevant information before making a purchase.
